Definition of terms used in the charter

Introduction and role of the charter

Data collected on the site

Purposes of the data collected

The data identified as being obligatory on the forms of the site are necessary in order to be able to benefit from the corresponding functionalities of the site, and more specifically from the operations on the contents offered within it. The online services published by idFuse use the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol on all the pages on which personal data is collected. This protocol encrypts recorded information before it is sent to idFuse. In addition, idFuse also uses tokens generated by mail providers interfaced with APIs (Google and Microsoft). For these protocols, email providers never pass the user’s password to idFuse. Connection is only permitted by the provision by email providers of ephemeral codes called tokens. You can revoke the possibility for idFuse at any time to ask the relevant email providers for said tokens. For the IMAP protocol, idFuse uses an encrypted system.

Recipients and use of collected data

Your data collected by us is processed for the purposes of performing operations on the content of the service.

Data security

Transfer of users’ personal data

To perform certain idFuse functionalities, Users’ Personal Data (such as names and addresses) may pass through idFuse providers including, but not limited to: Stripe, Zapier.

idFuse, through its services, uses technology that is based on the protocols of the Google APIs, Microsoft and the IMAP protocol, as well as email synchronization. By using the services offered by idFuse, you expressly accept this synchronization with the email address used to connect to app.idfuse.fr. By registering, you authorize the services developed by idFuse to identify certain emails associated with the mailbox linked to the account created by the user on one of the sites published by app.idfuse.fr.

For the operation of its sites, idFuse may be required to use technologies from third-party companies, such as those described below:

 

Google analytics

We use Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, mountain view, CA 94043, United States (“Google”). Data retention period

The data is stored at the site host, the contact details of which appear in the Legal Notice of the site, and are kept for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes referred to above. Beyond this period, they will be kept for exclusively statistical purposes and will not give rise to any exploitation of any kind.
